Property Development
At MCG Legal we can prepare off the plan Contracts for properties that have been subdivided or developed and are ready for sale prior to registration of Title. There is a lot involved in this process and we can assist in establishing a First or New Community Management Statement for the property and liaise on your behalf with surveyors and financial institutions to effect registration of the plan to create new Titles.

Buying & Selling a Business
As with most legal matters buying or selling a business is very involved and requires strict compliance with specified times, special conditions and terms of the contract.
At MCG we have the experience to either draft or comprehensively review a Business Contract in consultation with you.
