For most professional service providers, a great deal of work comes through referrals. The reason for this is that most professionals focus their advice in a particular area, and as such, when questions come up that they cannot help with, they want to make sure their client gets the best advice from someone who can help them. You go to an accountant for your tax, but if there is a legal question that arises it makes sense that your accountant would refer you on to a lawyer. You might go to a lawyer about your separation, but need help from a real estate agent dealing with the sale of your property.

First free consult
We offer all new clients a half hour free consultation. A lot of firms charge upwards of $250 for an initial consult but for us, it is important to first understand the client’s issue before discussing the course of action. This consult need not be long but is designed to answer preliminary questions and put the client at ease about the process that lies ahead.
It’s fair to say that most people are anxious when dealing with lawyers. We do our best to build a relatable, professional discourse from the outset and create the groundwork to provide the best possible service moving forward.
Practical and experience led advice
We are different to a lot of other firms on the Gold Coast in that we have both significant legal, and life experience. We are experts in family law, wills & estates and real estate matters. We live and breathe these matters on a daily basis. We also understand the practical realities of people’s problems and take advantage of that mindset when helping our clients.
We have found that clients appreciate more direct and succinct advice. It helps provide clients with greater clarity, especially in more complex matters.
