Paula previously worked at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions as well as a well-renowned family law and criminal law firm before joining MCG Legal in 2018. Paula graduated from Bond University with a Juris Doctor of Laws (Hons) and is admitted to both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. Paula has significant experience in representing people in both family law proceedings and those accused in criminal law.
Prior to working in the legal industry, Paula worked as a sommelier in restaurants and hotels across the world. She also has a keen interest in aviation.
Paula provides timely and accurate advice and represents clients across all aspects of family and criminal law. Paula has represented clients on a range of criminal matters including fraud, drug offences, sexual offences and child exploitation offences. Paula strongly believes in the criminal justice system and an individual’s right to strong legal representation. Further, Paula has a wealth of knowledge in family law and child support matters, and has represented clients in parenting orders, property orders, divorce proceedings and child safety proceedings. Paula is an empathetic and effective family law litigant.
Paula regularly appears before Magistrates Courts across South-East Queensland, as well as in the District Court of Queensland, the Supreme Court of Queensland, and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
